Rich Communication Services (RCS) - Improved visual clarity in conversation flows
Available to all customers
Background
As conversational campaigns grow, it’s important to quickly see how different parts of a flow relate to one another. Color‑coded branches and icons help you follow message paths more easily, reduce visual confusion, and build with greater confidence.
Solution
Conversation flows now use consistent colors and icons to visually guide you through how messages and branches are structured, making complex flows easier to understand at a glance.

Inbox Monitor setting now supported in Cells and Splits CSV uploads
Available to all customers
Background
For customers creating campaigns using Cells and Splits CSV uploads, enabling Inbox Monitor previously required updating each messaging cell individually in the UI. This added extra step increased the risk of human error, especially for large or frequently updated campaigns.
Solution
You can now control the Inbox Monitor setting directly from your Cells and Splits CSV upload by including a new column called inbox_monitor.
-
Set the value to 1 to enable Inbox Monitor for the cell
-
Set the value to 0 or leave it empty to disable Inbox Monitor
-
If the inbox_monitor column is not included, existing Inbox Monitor settings remain unchanged
The sample CSV available in the UI has been updated to include this new column.

This update streamlines campaign setup by allowing you to manage deliverability settings at upload time, saving time, reducing manual steps, and helping ensure consistent configuration across all cells.
Upcoming CNIL Email Guidance Updates – Coming July 2026
The CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés) is France’s data protection authority and enforces privacy laws such as GDPR and ePrivacy. In April 2026, the CNIL published updated guidance that clarifies expectations around consent, transparency, and tracking in email communications sent to individuals in France. These updates will impact organizations that rely on email engagement tracking or related analytics when marketing to French recipients.
Cheetah Digital is actively working to align with the CNIL’s guidance and will introduce updates to support these requirements ahead of the expected enforcement timeline in mid‑July 2026. Our goal is to deliver a compliant, practical solution that minimizes disruption to existing marketing workflows. Additional guidance and product updates will be shared.
